Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with a product you bought online at PURE Essentials for Life, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returns due to Multiple-Chemical Sensitivites (MCS)
While we do our best to operate a scent-free environment on the distribution end, we cannot be responsible for products that have come in contact with perfumes, colognes, etc. in their journey to and from the PURE Shop. We will do our best to accommodate special shipping requests for people with MCS, but we cannot accept product returns due to matters like "contamination".
When returning or exchanging product, original shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We highly recommend you insure your return shipment.

To RETURN your product for refund:
1) Be sure to check the date on your receipt. Refunds are granted within 30 days of you receiving your order from PURE Essentials for Life
2) Ensure that the product being returned is in its original packaging (along with manuals or accessories) and in perfect condition. In the case where packaging is no longer in its original condition (ie: damaged, cut, broken), a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.Non-Returnable Items:
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used filters, or filters in opened packages
- Washed or worn clothing or linens
- All beds and bedding products
- Used personal care products or cosmetics
- Sale or clearance items
- Seasonal items (seeds, cards, ornaments…)
3) Include your receipt with the item you are returning (The Sales Receipt included with your shipment).
4) We have provided a refund form, which can be found on the back of your sales receipt. Simply write a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item and include it in your shipment back to us.

We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a full refund (minus shipping fees) mailed by cheque within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return. We can also refund money through Paypal at the customer's request.
Damaged Goods:
If your order arrived damaged you must contact us within 24 hours to report the damage and return it immediately. If the error is ours, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs. We will then re-send your new order at no cost to you.
