Tiber River signature bath bombs need to be wrapped because they are loaded with skin softening oils that don't like to be left out in the elements. Much nicer to use than your everyday bombs!! Your skin will feel so soft, you won't even want to put on moisturizer. To use, get into a full tub, plop a ball in, and enjoy. Ball can be broken if you don't want to use the entire thing. Be careful leaving the tub because the oils can make it slippery when getting out. Make sure to rinse tub well for the same reason.
